History:Kyle brink was born in Miami Florida on October 31st to Mitch and Rebeca Brink both who were normal humans.Kyle was a only child and even young he was quiet and loved his solitude his best friend was a young boy named Rick Marsh a kid who had powers.Rick's powers was of emotions he could make someone feel anger,hatred,sadness,happiness,lust and bliss he was a good companion for the ever brooding Kyle.Kyle went to West Miami middle school and was a average student he and rick stayed friend's for years and still would be today if Kyle had never discovered his power.Kyle had been defending Rick again but that day was different Rick stepped up grabbing his friends fist and froze Kyle spun around just in time to see his best friend decaying before his eyes falling to the ground in rags and bone's.Kyle fled that day hiding and became a drifter moving from one area to another he found solitude in a junk yard where no one ever came.Kyle practiced his power on anything he could touch learning that this power was as much a curse as a gift.One day a group of petty pick pockets hid in Kyles yard as he called it Kyle found them and when they attacked he killed them Kyle was tired of running The time of Horror has begun.
Kyle lost his powers during a fight he was blown back into a electrical system some say his powers were fried but instead they were replaced Kyle practices his new power with a little fear at what he can now do.
Powers:Bang - The ability to literally explode thin air into a violent fiery bang, a very deadly explosion, it's power and size depending on the users level of EP. The user tends to fire off the energies to ignite the explosions off the tip of his finger('s), palms, and sometimes even their eyes (though it is weakened so that it doesn't damage your own eyes). The user can also expel the energy out of his body and cause a violent explosion around himself, it's size and power depending on his EP and charge time, like with all attacks. The explosions do harm him if they are close enough, so he still has to be careful.

Nuke has evolved once again during a accident in battle he caused a nuclear explosion unknown to the young villian he was near a radiation facility,Nuke was nearly killed by the blast but stranger was that radiation covered his energy cells he isn't radioactive just he can now use radiation in attacks.Also as Nuke walks his radiation is so strong he can leave small puddles of radiation that then spreads into the air and can cover a town or a city depending on how many puddles in radiation.The radiation is based on how long people are exposed at 4 posts a person would lose 1 stat on all stats except fighting skills.Nuke can now move while charging in aspects.
Charge 1:Full speed.
CHarge 2:half speed.
Charge 3:A normal run.
Charge 4:A walk.
Charge 5:Can't move but can still dodge attacks.'
Charge 6:Can't move at all.

Radiation beams.
Charge 1:Can destroy a car.

Charge 3:Can destroy a diesel.
Charge 4:Can destroy a house.
Charge 5:Can destroy a apartment building.
CHarge 6:Can destroy a building.

Air orb.Sends a orb of radiation energy into the air to send down beams.

Ulca said I could have mind control if I tuned it down and teleportation is a 10-20 mile radius and must be able to see where he is going.Pain which one's are too much?

Mind control, is not fair, personally I don't think it should be in here at all, it takes away the point of rping if you are controlled, regardless of how long. If you are on an RP site and you can't even control what your own character is doing, then what is the point.

Ok I would like to say I am being judged unfairly.While removing those glowing posts I came across another psychic who has way more psychic power's than I do yet he was approved instantly.I am not crying or bitching just looking for a reasonable example of why my powers were too much.

I don't see any character that was approved and was cheap, if so it wasn't done by me, which is NOT GOOD Since all NEW APPS are to be dealt with by ME. Though your personal inputs are always welcome, just don't say it's approved, let me do that.

Alright Wolf, first off you did exactly what I didn't want people to do, list a bunch of powers and no descriptions of them, WRITE A DESCRIPTION for every power you have. Mind Control is not acceptable unless you had a LOT less powers, I would be willing to accept a mind control power if it was balanced along with the rest of your powers. But this character seems to be a bunch of different characters in one instead of something unique.
