Personality: Cold, cynical and an attitude make up this girl, she's got a kick ass personality and lets nothing get in the way of her goals. She's a bold flirt and has a bit of a dirty mouth, she's a smoker, but not a drinker, she's lovable but she can drive you crazy. She is not against killing to get what she wants and would do so with out remorse, having many years of suppressed anger held towards her father made her a bit darker of a person. She is a bit of a tom boy, but she does take time to care for her appearance, she maintains an intimidating yet sexy appearance and attitude. She is a natural leader, just like her father, but she is also young and inexperienced and full of anger, her decisions sometimes may be immature or emotional since she is still a teenage girl with many problems.

History: Rebbecca, or better known as Becca or Paine, is a teenager who comes from a dark and mysterious past. This causes her to be darker and more cynical than most. She speaks very little of her past and tries her best to leave it behind her, but it's something she just cannot escape. Since Rebbecca was a toddler she has been dealing with a large amount of family issues, for one, she never even met her father, her mother had left him to return back to her home planet, but she didn't know she was pregnant til she got back. Her mother, Raine, didn't want to tell Pain of her existence, figuring it'd be best not to drag him into this and tie him down, he had a world to protect and people who needed him. She figured it'd be wrong of her to take that all away from him and the people of Earth, so Raine did what she thought was best and raised her daughter on her home planet. Things were, some what smooth, Rebbecca was always a problem child, constantly disobeying her mother and throwing temper tantrums. She was never good at controlling her emotions, even as a kid. As a teenager, things only got worse, she became more and more out of control and rebellious, getting tattoos and piercings, doing drugs, dressing like a punk, arguing with her mother, she was simply being the usual rebel teenager. She fled her homeworld at the age of 16, she was intending to head to Earth, to find her father, and kill him. She claims she will start a group of super powered guys like her, just like the ones mom said Earth was full of, mom always told stories about dad, but still, he hated him, her mother told her that her father just couldn't be with us. He was needed on Earth, in other words, he left her, he abandoned us, she told herself that whether it were true or not, she wanted to see his face one last time, before she killed him. Her way of getting back at him for everything she thinks he did.
Powers: Super Human Attributes ((Strength, Endurance))
Long Curved Ice Blade - A blade that is completely made of ice, excluding the hilt, it has a crystal like look to it. The blade is extremely tough, light as a feather and easy to swing. Rebbecca is not the most skilled swordsman ever, but she can wield this blade fairly well.
Ice Whip - A long and never ending extending whip made completely of ice, excluding the hilt of course. With her powers she creates a whip of ice from the hilt, it's length is chosen by her, she may extend it as far as her powers allow her. She has many other various ice weapons, naming them all would be tedious, you will simply see them as they come in roleplay.
Ice Control - The ability to create and control ice, she can also create actual creatures of ice that can come to life and fight for her. Their powers equal to her own energy projection, meaning that any powers that the creatures may have cannot exceed the level of her energy projection. She can mend ice into armor, or weapons, or projectiles, pretty much anything she can think of, a wall to block something before her, or a barrage of ice needles. The durability and strength of her ice equaling the level of her energy projection, meaning that her ice is very thick and very tough, very few can break it, it is also extremely heat resistant, the only heat that can burn it is a super powered being with energy projection equal to or higher than her own, if it is lower, their powers will have little effect. She can create ice doppelgangers, they appear to be just like her, only made of ice, and with enough concentration, meaning it requires meditation, she can make the doppelganger look like a real person. They have little combat use outside of a distraction.
Ice Meld - She can literally meld into her own ice and become one with it, for instance she can surround some one with ice blocks and conceal herself in them, trapping them inside her dome and simply using projectiles to finish off her trapped opponent. She can also make others meld with her if she holds onto them. This power causes severe headaches since she is inexperienced with it.
